ニーズ新規投稿、アカウント作成の入力フォーム規格を定める必要があると感じたので。

PC版
・入力フォームとボタンのwidthは両方500pxに統一する。←どうする？
・本文のfont-sizeは80px。

モバイル版
・入力フォームとボタンのwidthは両方500pxに統一する。
・入力フォームのfont-sizeは50px。

ボタンは入力フォームより一回り小さめがいいかな？
