When processing a GEO dataset using BioJupies, the field "What tissue or cell line do the samples belong to?" provides a drop-down list of options. However, often, the tissue/cell line associated with a particular study is not included in the list, and if the user attempts to manually specify the correct string [e.g. "peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC)" or "peripheral blood mononuclear cells" or "PBMC"], this field auto-clears as soon as the user clicks outside the text entry box. It would be helpful to permit users to enter a new string for this field & associate it with their notebook, and possibly to process such novel values to include them as new elements of future instances of this field's drop-down list of options.
