Seed type error in gsea

A type error exception for the random seed is triggered by calling blitzgsea.gsea(). The problem is traceable to get_peak_size_adv(), where seed is passed as a parameter.

"Type error: The supported seed types are: None, int, float, str, bytes, and bytearray."
