Requirement

The ckb light client node v0.5.0 requires Windows Server 2022 or later, and is compatible with Windows 10 (21H2) or newer.

Windows10+ -> Windows 10(21H2)+

4. Check the system version when prompted for an upgrade.

• Provide upgrade prompts only for systems that meet the runtime requirements.
• Display a message if the system version is incompatible when checking for updates.
  Incompatible Upgrade: The new version of the light client node requires Windows 10 (21H2) or newer. Your current system version does not meet the requirement. Please confirm before proceeding to the next step.

I've contacted the core team and they plan to include the minimum system requirements in future release notes.

We can simply add a requirement table in the release note like what CKB does

And after finding the new release, we can extract the requirements and inform users with a native dialog if necessary.

By using the native dialog, we can skip the UI design step.
