Cannot download users

I'm signed into reddit but it won't download my users list when I go to Download -> Download User List.

There could be a lot of reasons for this. Check the settings for the users you want to download and make sure there are no download filters that are preventing them from being downloaded.

Failing this, the issue is likely to do with the rate limits that reddit introduced a couple years ago. They sometimes make downloads fail.

If this is a constant issue and you are never able to download anything at all, I will need to see the log file. How to get the log file
