Querying eligible types and managers for Orchestration Templates #925

Is there a way to ask for all the provider-namespaced subtypes of Orchestration Templates? So far the subtypes are hardcoded into the DDF form schema, but that's not very pluggable.

Supports mixin maybe?

@agrare the support mixin itself is not enough as that would only give me a list of providers, but not the provider-specific orchestration template subclasses which I need to submit when creating an entity.
