[Feature Request] .tiff Support in .webp Converter

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The .TIFF/.TIF file format is used for high quality image scans, particularly by sites like Retromags, who include some Japanese video game magazines among those that are archived by the site for preservation purposes. .TIF is not supported in Kavita or by Manga Manager's .webp converter

I'd like the .webp converter to add .tif support.

I'm unable to find a bulk .cbz/.cbr image converter outside of Manga-Manager.

I'm taking a look at the code and tiff files are actually supported.

Can you please try to run with --debug or --trace parameters.
Search for "Adding converted file" in the logs.

So - I'm not able to get it to run again using the GUI interface. When I do it locks up on me.

might want to check #200 once its merged. never got to reproduce this issue. and tiff images convert fine to me
