Unable to sign up and login with new account (500 error)

When I signed up for an account a few minutes ago, I received a 500 error.

I tried to sign up again though a couple minutes later thinking that my signup was not complete; and after filling out on the form received an error on the page that my email address and user name were already used; so it appears that my sign up was entered into your user base.

I try to log in with my user name and pass; I receive another 500 error; https://mapstory.org/accounts/login/
