Web Interface for Mops-Bot

We could write a web-page, in which the users can use Mops commands without needing to call them in Discord. It could interactively help by displaying the parameters needed etc., and storing all in a todo.txt, which Mops will add to his arsenal once the User is done with the web-page.

We could do this with Django, or we could make a Javascript Bot which interacts with Mops through Discord, to tell him to read the todo.txt.
