current version fails to install (beachmat::whichNonZero export fail) #62

Are you following the Bioconductor installation instructions at http://bioconductor.org/packages/3.12/bioc/html/DropletUtils.html? The error suggests that you're using the GitHub version of DropletUtils with an old version of beachmat.

That works, instaling the same release (3_12), I've installed from github eventually.

I tried installing this package from github because of this:
https://rdrr.io/github/MarioniLab/DropletUtils/
And because there's no instructions on github.

It could help if you included a link to Bioconductor version on github.
