Thanks Wei! I initially thought about that too and neglected it, since the rectangles of the views won’t be the same (especially when working w/ different screens. But I tried it, and it seems to work (better than my badass hack, which should have worked at least a bit). Could you please check if the update works for you? I don’t use the plugin manager for my own plugins in development.

Hmm doesn't work when I move the cursor in general (viewport is a bit off), but it does work if I move the cursor and highlight a glyph – which is still pretty good for me?

Uhm, you mean you expect the whole viewport to move along as well? Even when you don’t activate any glyph? I think that’d go beyond what I had in mind.
Or do you mean the cursor keys? It should recognise each change of an active glyph, that’s the observer mechanism.
Edit:
I tried to make both mechanisms work in order to focus on the active glyph. It is still buggy sometimes with some glyphs and I cannot traceback the cause. :/

Ah yeah maybe I wasn't clear, I just mean the visible rectangle is not updating when I move the cursor, and it does (usually) when I select a glyph

Ohh, veeery interesting. Thanks for making the screencast, @weiweihuanghuang

I never had the screen setup like seen here. I was usually testing it with split view and different screens. But with this I can fiddle around and see what I can do. I think it is partly due to the observer mechanism (which you can check in the code, perhaps I’m missing something) and maaaybe the scroll to view doesn’t respond properly. I had some trouble – only sometimes – with multiple lines of text, too.

Edit I guess I need to write more observers, for example ZOOMCHANGED

How about now? Could you please check in your environment? It observes the zoom and the panning. Seems to work here with a quick random sample (different Glyphs window sizes excluded from the bulletproofnes). The Master-Switch observer is still missing. And I hope it is not slowing the app down!?

Hmm, I assume an update failure?! Could you try to force the update (like uninstall, remove the file in the Repositories folder and install again?

I still experience this not-following when using the text tool. I cannot put my finger on the exact cause here … :/
