The i686-w64-mingw32 builds are currently broken (see #220). Supposedly the GCC update to 13.1.0 broke it. For now, use the builds from v1.4.9 on 32-bit Windows. A fixed version of the i686-w64-mingw32 binaries has been re-uploaded. Thus the checksums of those binaries have changed.

Windows builds have been removed and re-uploaded because they were broken by Qt commit qt/qtbase@3f45905 (see #211). The re-uploaded binaries are built against a new Qt build with the workaround Martchus/qtbase@ef3dd72 applied.
