As suggested by GreyWolf, maybe provide an interface for users to swap their DVPN to DEC using OSMOSIS API for Pool 770 (DEC <> DVPN)

Would love to add this. API reference to OSMOSIS would be needed. Unsure how to go about this in Python. Still yet to investigate.

This is waiting for the osmosispy SDK that is currently being worked on.

This should be possible with cosmpy and cosmos-protobuf in case anyone want's to tackle it
