- Replaced Config with RbConfig, becuase the first one is deprecated.
- Fixed server path, was ftp://ftp.perforce.com/perforce/ is now ftp://ftp.perforce.com/pub/perforce/...
- Version 12.2 is also a ghost release, if saw it correctly, it contained only some Java stuff.
- The windows version of the API uses zip as extension
- tar and unzip are needed for decompression the downloaded files and must be available in the path. A good location would be the bin directory of the installed Ruby Windows DevKit.
