Is there a way to change the Add-on so the information will pushed directly to HA using the API option of HA?
Then MQTT is not in between.

What would be the benefit?

I was thinking about ditching MQTT, but there are still people outside who can't or won't use addons, and using MQTT is an easy way to get the data inside HA.

Maybe with all the changed of HA is there a way to get the TgTg data directly into HA? Or create 2 versions.. One via MQTT and one direct into the HA ecosystem?

I have MQTT just for the TgTg Addon... and hoping there will be one day I can shutdown the MQTT Addon haha
