fix: reduce Netlify logo size for better footer balance

- Reduce logo height from 16px to 12px (10px on mobile)
- Decrease font size and opacity for more subtle appearance
- Adjust spacing and margins for better visual hierarchy
- Follows Netlify attribution best practices
