refactor(docs-infra): remove unused home animation engine
The engine in `features/home/animation` was only used by
`HomeAnimationComponent`, which was removed in eb6570b. Nothing else
imports it, so remove the directory along with its specs and README.1 parent 57cc9bf commit 866728d
