Add the ability to set initial value of the hour and minute element of the datepicker

In flatpickr you can set the inital values of the hour and minute elements and I think it would be a good idea to add that to the Date picker

Can you please explain what you mean by setting an initial value? Shouldn't it already work like that?

The initial value of the time part is always 12:00 and I cannot find a way to change that. I do not want to set a date, it should be null initially, but only set the hour (and minute) part to something else. eg. 08:00

It should be possible with flatpickr options defaultHour and defaultMinute. But we need to implement it on our side.
