Oil Patch Relocator:

Takes one oil patch and moves it.

Thoughts on Implementation:

  • I'm not sure how I want to really do this but:
    ** The patches need to keep enough spacing to still allow placement of Oil Pumps
    ** And patches probably shouldn't be moved if an Oil Pump is already on them

I had an epiphany:

The Oil Patch Relocator should be an Oil Pump. This solves both problems I mentioned in the initial issue post. I still need to figure out how to preserve the properties of the oil patch.
