The current tools system is broken because of prisma. Waiting for Prisma 2.23.0, mainly prisma/prisma#2444

All commands relying on the tools system will be disabled at release

That's great news! We'll look into implementing that version shortly. We still have one issue to fix before releasing the bot to the MenuDocs discord :)
