Options for setting:
- Root litter profiles by PFT
- Above ground litter (leaf and wood) to go into surface layer
- Choice of uniform or exponential root profile option for PFTs
- Separate recalcitrant fraction for leaf, wood and root litter, by PFT
- Dynamic max root depths option (following water table)
These options will enable carbon accumulation - PFT - hydrology feedbacks in wetlands, which should improve simulated peat profiles, help to set parameters based on observations (which are usually by PFT), and align JULES with other peatland models (e.g. digibog).
