gaillardr do you think we need both methods?

this needs an upgrade macro with default values added in soil_biogeochem (gosh this is getting a big namelist):
cryoturb_method=1
cryoturb_mix=0.0005
bioturb_mix=0.0001

it also needs the user guide changed cryoturb_method can be 1 or 2

1. is the current value where there is always cryoturbation when the soil is frozen
2. cryoturbation is limited to unfrozen layers at each timestep (diffusion only if T>0°C) for the regions where there is permafrost.

I don't think method 1 is needed anymore. However, we could replace it by a spatially explicit cryoturbation that buries carbon down to the ALT of the previous year, or something similar, if we feel that method 2 does not bury carbon deep enough.
