The version of mean_nemo currently on ARCHER2 (pre-GitHub) is unable to deal with 5-dimensional variables (for example ocean overturning circulation with an ocean basin dimension).
The current live mean_nemo.f90 file requires no altering but the Fortran executable needed rebuilding on ARCHER2.
A new working configuration has been prepared and tested and I will open a pull request referencing this issue.
