RCF_LOCATE Error at Runtime

I have been running UM10.9 on my server for a while now and our admins just started to upgrade our OS. When we recompiled our UM, version10.9.0 with the updated compilers it built without errors, but we did have to include a flag fcflags_override=-G1
During the build process we did not encounter any failures, however during runtime the recon job fails with this error message:

Using the old build on the old environment, this error does not occur. Our admins did acknowledge there is a known bug with the new fortran compiler and they are working to get this resolved. In the meantime I am trying to figure out if there is a way to isolate the cause of this error, and if the -G1 flag could be contributing in some way to the failed runs of UM.

Any assistance or advice would be much appreciated. If I more information is needed let me know.
