With the recent changes to the JASMIN servers, it is no longer possible to access the JASMIN login nodes from Monsoon2 with any existing RSA keys, as we are not able to upgrade the version of SSH.
However, by changing your JASMIN login keys from RSA to ECDSA keys, you will be able to connect. Instructions about doing this can be found here.
