Removal of Old Met Office Platforms

Hi All,

Met Office users have hopefully seen the announcement that Azure Spice has now passed UAT. As a result we will now be looking to commit tickets removing old Spice and the XC40s from the test suites of Simulation IT repos (UM, LFRic Core, Apps, Jules, UKCA). We plan to remove these platforms from the test suites next week. If you are not fully setup to run on Azure Spice and the EXs then please do this as soon as possible.

Further to a previous announcement (#367) the LFRic Coupled test has been ported to the EXs without the rivers component. Work to solve the issues with that is still ongoing.
