We're still working through our processes for transfer of files (including ancillaries) for Monsoon3. Without these running the LFRic Apps rose-stem suite won't be possible I'm afraid.

You could try using the local build process, and running the configuration in the example directories - but I'm not sure if its been tried yet!

Jenny Hickson (@jennyhickson) I don't actually need ancillaries for my work so I should be able to run LFRic even now - however, I don't see the relevant modules available on Monsoon3. Should the ex1a configuration work there? I tried loading the modules listed in suite_config_ex1a.cylc but they don't seem to available (neither lfric-cray, nor lfric-gnu, nor shumlib)? Could these modules be made available please?

Yaswant Pradhan (@yaswant) thanks for getting back to me. Which node should I be using this command on? Either way:

• login: Lmod has detected the following error: Unable to find: "shumlib".
• cazccylc1: ERROR: Invalid command 'spider'

Denis Sergeev (@dennissergeev) that's strange. Normally, on the login node, I get:

$ module spider shumlib

I don't believe the environment modules are/will be installed on cylc servers.

I wonder if you are hitting some permission issues.
