[Announcement] Upcoming Review Deadlines

Hello,

The usual friendly reminder that the code review deadline for LFRic Apps, JULES and the UM is the 26th September. Please make sure changes are with scitech reviewers and code owners at least a week before this date so they have time to complete their reviews.

Also, a reminder that we will be migrating these codebases to GitHub as part of this release so expect there to be a longer freeze period for trunk commits. Branches will remain available for working on during the migration period.
