webextension-polyfill-ts is deprecated #203

This package has a direct dependency on webextension-polyfill-ts and one indirectly through extension-port-stream which is also a MetaMask project.

That package has been deprecated and moved to @types/webextension-polyfill. MetaMask's dependencies should be updated too.

This has been partially fixed by #249, but we still need to replace the copy in extension-port-stream
