Allow users to open a question in a new tab in brainstorming phase

Did some quick investigative work. Checked the Canny Widget docs but didn't find anything yet

However, I saw a Canny widget from another website that can open links in a new tab

the feature works here because the URL in the a tag includes the custom domain.

Unlike in the bounty app:

Which tells me it might be possible to change.

Okay, https://metricsdao.canny.io/hacks-scandals-and-scams works when opened in a new tab. It just doesn't work when the widget is in bounty.metricsdao.xyz. Maybe a routing issue?
