能否给单行添加condition条件判断？ #7

如题，请问能否在单行上进行condition条件支持？即符合显示该单行，不合符condition条件则该单行不显示。
例如：

'123 {condition: perm *123.123}'
'456'
如果玩家有123.123这个权限，那就会看到
'123'
'456'
如果没有123.123这个权限，那就只会看到
'456'
