Copilot Extensions and CEC only available in Teams Toolkit Pre-Release Version

This experience (showing Copilot extension and CEC) is only available in TTK pre-release version. Suggest to include a note in the documentation to switch to pre-release version if this is not visible.

I am using pre-release version of teams toolkit and when I try to access declarative agent in https://microsoft365.com/chat on the sidebar I am not able to get my declarative agent. The app gets provisioned successfully.
