Forgive me if this is a duplicate posting:
"For more information, see How to: Manage Notification Templates" refers to a feature that has been removed from the UI. There are no Notification Templates in the UI, and the options for "Notification Template Code" and "Unagregated Notifications" do not appear on the Notification Setup page.
