Not showing UPDATE button for new version

I successfully submitted a new version of my application to the store, and it was approved. However, when I check the application status, if the app was previously installed, only the "INSTALLED" button is shown, and there is no "UPDATE" button. To get the newest version, I have to uninstall the current version and then reinstall it.

I am submitting an .exe file (built using Inno Setup).

I tried increasing the VersionInfoVersion field (https://jrsoftware.org/ishelp/index.php?topic=setup_versioninfoversion), but it did not work.

Is there anything I might have missed? Please help me ensure that the UPDATE button appears on the store whenever a new update is available.
