[Bug] Mods Will Still Be Displayed After Removing #86
Description
I tried basic troubleshooting first

Describe the bug
The removed mod will still be displayed and will be fixed after restarting manymc.
To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Mods'
- Remove a mod
- Still Displayed
