The current armhf debian packages actually target armv7l and as such the binaries do not work on the older arm6l architecture even though they are both called armhf in debian

For the v2019.2.0 release, Pi 2 .deb and rootfs tarballs are available in addition to the standard Pi 3.

I'll leave this open as a placeholder for future automation of this build.
