Create DJ payout and settlement history dashboard

Description

DJs need visibility into paid bookings and escrow claims. This becomes the first financial dashboard in the product.

Scope

• Add payment history endpoint scoped to DJ-owned bookings
• Build dashboard page for payouts and pending settlements
• Show booking reference, amount, mode, tx hash, and status
• Link rows to booking detail and blockchain explorer

Acceptance Criteria

• DJs can see their payment and settlement history
• Records include tx hash and status where available
• Explorer links are generated correctly for the configured network
• Empty and loading states are handled
