Saved FVA results are invalid after model is changed #158

When I use mdl-loadmodel to overwrite an existing model (e.g., because I have added a reaction), any saved FVA results become invalid. Perhaps the default should be to delete any saved FVA results from the database. Alternatively, FVA results could be associated with a model version.

I think we're going for the latter option; no sense in removing old results.
