Getting errors on Submit Test Answer Key

I have completed all the answers and getting errors when I submit the request to generate the certificate. Here's the error:

It only checks the first test and fails. is that because I scored 50% in the first section. Although, I see that I have scored overall 35 correct answers out of a total of 43.
