Describe the bug
Upon opening a TIFF format file with multiple pages in Quick Picture Viewer, only the first page is rendered, with no option to display other pages

App version: 3.1.4
OS: Windows Server 2016 1607, Windows 10 21H2
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open multi page TIFF in Quick Picture Viewer
Observe that there is no way to advance to other pages in the TIFF
Expected behavior
Controls are displayed in the user interface that allow the additional pages in the TIFF file to be displayed.
Additional context
An end user I support reported this problem to me. My initial thoughts were that this support may be beyond the scope of this software, but I was moved to file this report when the user reported that the Windows Photo Viewer supports multi-page TIFF files.
