[FEATURE] Support for maximizing window in frameless mode using the mouse #110

In Windows when the empty space of a title bar of a window is double clicked or dragged to the top of the screen the window gets maximized.

I use these ways of maximizing windows frequently and wish it would also be possible when in frameless mode, where the title bar is removed.
