this app used to work with my Phone Link to Windows, but no more

Hi, I really enjoy this viewer, one main reason is how easy it is to make the zoom work by scrolling my mouse wheel,--and it used to quickly load on my Windows 10 pc from my Samsung Galaxy S10 phone photos, (from Link to Windows app) but now when my phone's photos show up on my pc as thumbnails in the Windows Phone Link app,--when I click on any of the photo thumbnails, they no longer open in Quick Picture Viewer, (latest updated version 3.1.4- - the loading circle just keeps going round and round. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Phone Link app from and to my Hewlett Packard Windows 10 pc, - and tested changes thru the settings, etc., Even though the Phone Link app loads up just fine on my pc,--and shows thumbnails photos very sharp as always,--each thumbnail photo turns out blurry and incomplete after I've clocked on any of the thumbnail photos,--none of them completely load to become sharp and photo sized on my pc.
