Allow to configure more options like the ruby gem

First I want to thank you for creating this library for elixir.

We use Moesif in some of our ruby projects and for that experience, there are some features we use that probably we are going to need on this library too.

Is it your roadmap to implement the following options capture_outgoing_requests, skip_outgoing, skip, and debug?

@cenavarro It's definitely on our roadmap to expand the functionality of this mvp release. I'll note that we should prioritize outgoing traffic management. Keep the requests coming if there's anything else that's important for your team.
