Reproduction:

I was scrying and I crashed as you sometimes do when scrying for some unkown reason to me and for this time I crashed and was locked into the last place my scry target was as a spirt but I couldn't move my body nor my soul as I was just fixed there, an admin did manage to find my ghost and put me back into my body while tping me to my original location as a fix.
