Accounts are difficult to understand, especially when you're not familiar with the companies and incentives behind them, and whatever an email address gives you.
Here's some thinking to jump us off:
"I need an email, I guess. What is it? How do I get one? Why do I need one?"
"I have a yahoo email. Why can't I use that for the Google Play store?"
"I have a yahoo account. How is that different from a Google account? They're both emails..."
"Do I need a new email to sign up for Twitter? What about Facebook?"
"What is Google? Do I need a Google account (GMail) to use my Android phone? What's the relation?"
Google --> Android --> Account --> Play Store
"I want to get a loan from Branch, but I don't have [a Facebook account]/[enough friends on Facebook]."
"Why do I need more friends on Facebook to get a better loan?"
"How do I get a Facebook account? Do I need a new email address?"
"How is my Facebook account different from my Google one?"
Identity, security, privacy.
