Error while creating node fr.inria.built-in.Read: Could not find a decoder to read jpg file format

Getting this error while trying to import an image sequence

Expected behavior: Image sequence is imported

Actual behavior: Natron returns error

Steps to Reproduce

Peek 2022-02-09 13-29

Versions

  • Natron version/commit: 2.4.2
  • OS version: Arch Linux x86_64

Reproduced on NixOS with Natron 2.5. Likely a packaging issue out of scope of these issues

Actually, this repo seems abandoned. Development seems to have moved to a fork at https://github.com/NatronGitHub/Natron which is where my package manager must have gotten it from. Even your 2.4.2 can't be from this repo since the last release on this repo is 2.3.something
