Form Element Detection

Can this detect form elements. For example, given a screen shot of a form break it down into code that represents each specific element. Something beyond just input but to a level of identifying higher level form elements like autocompletes, radio groups, checkbox groups, combo boxes, etc.

I've built an editor that can be used to manually create web pages on top of a modern stack using a cloud first approach. I would like to take this one step further in the direction of having a drag and drop approach of automating page generation from image recognition of graphic elements. I think where this plays a major role is forms but could really go for anything in time.
