The current representation of buildings is really only describing a set of labels for one-function buildings. A nightclub for example could be a place for consuming alcohol, a place for dancing, a place for working, a headquarters for a powerful gang
We could instead represent the physical buildings, and use properties to define their functions. It would make each building more unique and the ontology more flexible
For now the label is fine, because we just need some urlids to uniquely identify different structures
