"Save" should be "Save as Draft"

Went out with the app, took some pictures, and noticed a couple issues. I was specifically curious about how it would work if I was disconnected or had poor coverage.

1. It wasn't clear what to do other than "Upload" which immediately tried to use the cell network which is not what I wanted. I realized later that I should have used the "Save" link in the upper right, but it's not clear what to do if you're staring at the green "Upload" button. I would have preferred if there was a "Save as Draft" button there and ideally if I'm disconnected, then "Save as Draft" would be the only option, but I don't know how hard that would be.
