Public key for the .sig file

Please. I need the public by (kvhnuke key) key for the .sig file to confirm the download has not been tampered with. I can then run this through pgp Kleopatra software to confirm genuine and not tampered with. Why give the .sig file with no public key to check as this puts my cripto's at risk?
